missing air conditioning too hot room

The staff was very nice and helpful .

My room was too hot. There was no air conditioning. I found it difficult to sleep because of the temperature. The room faced a large window that let in too much sunlight and heat.

quiet area efficient service quick service effective service

the hotel sits close to kensington gardens. several shops and restaurants are within walking distance, a definite plus. the staff provided quick, effective service . the front desk answered questions fast, and check-in was efficient.

the bathroom SIZE was a bit SMALL.

this place is in a nice area that is quite quiet and peaceful. i found its proximity to kensington gardens and notting hill very convenient. supermarkets and souvenir shops are within easy walking distance.

charming stay!

warm staff super clean cleanliness convenient location

I found the staff warm and helpful . the cleanliness of the location impressed me. It was noticeably super clean. its proximity to the underground station was a big advantage. Getting around was easy. the vending machine with drinks was also very convenient!

the room's heater made it a bit too warm for my liking. i couldn't adjust it, and it affected my sleep quality. a cooler room would definitely enhance the experience.

The breakfast offered a decent variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries. there were options for different dietary needs, a plus. the dining area was clean and well maintained. I could enjoy my morning meal in peace.

The location is ideal with easy access to public transportation! The staff were attentive. They addressed any concerns promptly. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable after a long day.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, though I was able to find something to eat each morning.

quiet location short distance easy check-in weak selection poor wi-fi slow speed

the location was very quiet. i also appreciated how short the distance to the tube station was. check-in was quite easy. the value for money was average.

The breakfast was a bit weak. the selection was quite limited. I expected a bit more. the wi-fi was poor. i experienced constant disconnections and slow speeds.
