I found the staff warm and helpful . the cleanliness of the location impressed me. It was noticeably super clean. its proximity to the underground station was a big advantage. Getting around was easy. the vending machine with drinks was also very convenient!

the room's heater made it a bit too warm for my liking. i couldn't adjust it, and it affected my sleep quality. a cooler room would definitely enhance the experience.
